My name is Deborah Carr and I've completed three novels, two contemporary romances and a saga that begins in South Africa in the late 1930s and ending in Jersey in the 1970s.  I'm working on my third romantic comedy and after I've finished it, will begin work on the prequel to the saga.

I am a member of the Romantic Novelists Association and the Novel Racers and spend most of my writing time sitting in a shed filled with an eclectic mix of odds and ends collected over the years that inspire me to write.

Having read through most writer's websites, I believe that the best way to learn how to write is to actually put bum on chair and fingers on keyboard and get on with it.  I write because I can't imagine not doing it.
